Is insurance included in the cost of the rental?

No, we offer optional 24-hour renter's liability insurance that you can purchase if desired.

What is the coverage provided for the 24-Hour Renter's Liability Insurance?

The policy provides the following coverage limits:

  • Bodily Injury Liability: $30,000 per person / $60,000 per accident
  • Property Damage Liability: $15,000 per accident
  • Collision Coverage: Provided for the golf cart, subject to a $5,000 deductible. The renter is responsible for any damages under $5,000.
What if I don't purchase insurance?

If you elect not to purchase insurance from Beach Mode Rentals then Beach Mode Rentals will not provide any insurance coverage for the duration of the rental period.
