Campland on the Bay Golf Cart Rules Overview

We’ve compiled a summary of the rules for operating a golf cart within Campland on the Bay.  For the complete resort rules and regulations please visit their official website here: https://www.campland.com/rules-regulations/

1.     Drivers of golf carts and street-legal vehicles must have a valid driver’s license

2.     Wheeled transport can be ridden on asphalt roads ONLY. Wheeled transport (other than wheelchairs or other equipment for disabilities) is prohibited in buildings, on sidewalks, walkways, and curbs.

3.     The Maximum speed limit in the resort is 5mph for all wheeled vehicles including golf carts.  Lights and reflectors are required for all wheeled vehicles operated after dusk. 

4.     All vehicles in the resort must have a valid vehicle pass, including golf carts.  All golf carts must be quiet with no excessive smoke or exhaust and operated by a licensed driver. All golf carts must be shut down by 10pm.  Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas or blocking sites will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense or charged the daily rate for the illegally occupied Campsite.
